Just for participating in the challenge you will get this kit for free. When I picked the colors for this kit which are called Christmas Lights, I had a really hard time deciding what to do to as a posting bonus for doing the challenge. Then I just couldn't stop making things for the kit, I kept thinking of other things that would be really cool in the kit, and after 2 weeks of trying to get it done, IT'S DONE finally and decided I couldn't pick what to give out so I am giving the whole kit away. Computer problems, personal problems, but I finally got it done. And cause it took me so long, I am going to extend the challenge to the first week in Jan, to give you all time to do it with all the Holiday plans that will be coming up.
You are probable saying, well what is the challenge? LOL The challenge is really easy all you have to do is do a layout using the color pallet below or make a free mini kit that others can download.
Post your kit or layout in the gallery at K-Joi Studios, making sure to post in the challenge section in the forum so that I will know you completed your challenge and then I will get you the links for the kit. What could be easier than that. I hope you all will come join me.

Good Morning

I know I haven't blogged in a bit, but have been kind of busy trying to finish up my new kit, babysitting my brother's kids while he works. He has 5 but only 2 need watching, one boy Timmy who is 2 1/2 and one girl Isabella who is 9. They are great kids and it gives my daughter someone to play with. But some days I could pull my hair out, you thought it was bad hearing MOMMY all day long, how about MOMMY and AUNT OASE all day long LOL. I thank God I only had one, cause I don't know how you all do it that have more than one child.

I know I have been promising you a freebie, but being so busy and I really want to get my new kit done I just have been forgetting but will try for today or tomorrow. But come back on Friday and I will have a great surprise for you all. You are not going to want to miss this.

Good Morning Everyone

It's Mother's Day weekend, and I want to wish everyone a very Happy Mother's Day. Thou I can't be with my mom, she is with me in spirit. It's hard when you don't have your mom around and mine hasn't been with me since I was 14. She passed away due to a bad car accident. It's times like this that you just sit and think of all the things in your life that you wish your mom could be part of. Take it from me everyone, never ever let a day go by that you don't tell the people in your life you love them. I see so much how people take for granted what they have and who they have in their life and if they only could see what their life would be like without that person, they just might change their mind to the way things are. I was lucky enough to have an aunt (my mom's sister) take and be my second Mom. She is a wonderful person. There hasn't been a day that she hasn't been there for me, just to talk or vent or anything. She has 3 grown daughters of her own, but there has always been room for me. She has also taken the part of nana to my daughter and treats her just like one of her other grandchildren.
I wish that every Mother out there is cherished tomorrow and every day. Mom's really are the strength that holds us all together.

Few things to tell you about today

First we finally got some goods news about our move. The movers called yesterday and got approval from the military for them to pack our house on Wednesday, and load the truck on Thursday, which means we can clean the house and get it inspected and leave on Saturday to go back home. YEAH YEAH YEAH I am so excited. We won't be stuck here in a hotel for 2 days with nothing to do. LOL OMG I am excited. I can't stand it. LMBO

HAPPY HAPPY Thursday

Ummmmmm

That's how I feel this morning. Getting worn out trying to get everything organized and together for when we move. But I do have to say a big thanks to my MIL she has been really helpful, she has found us a few choices of daycare/preschool for the baby. This way her schedule/day isn't totally going to change on her. You know your life really does change when you have kids, the decisions you make are all based around her. She is the one that I need to make sure copes with this big move, I will be fine and so will hubby. Going to be a big change for her, she really never h as been around her family only for a couple weeks a year, now she will be able to see them a couple times a week. You really don't know how much you miss your friends and family until they are not there. It's been hard living here in the Military life and I have figured out that it isn't for me. I am too old for this life, maybe if I was 20 again it might have been different. I have learned so much about people living in military housing. I just guess my upbring and morals just don't con inside with this place. I don't see how exciting it can be to spread gossip about people when it could ruin someone's marriage, or spreading rumors that don't need to be spread, leaving your kids alone in the house while you go out and party with the neighbors, partying every weekend and drinking till you can't walk. I don't find that fun at all. Maybe I am just a PRUDE. Ok enough babbling cause I could go and on and on and on LMBO.
