Ummmmmm

That's how I feel this morning. Getting worn out trying to get everything organized and together for when we move. But I do have to say a big thanks to my MIL she has been really helpful, she has found us a few choices of daycare/preschool for the baby. This way her schedule/day isn't totally going to change on her. You know your life really does change when you have kids, the decisions you make are all based around her. She is the one that I need to make sure copes with this big move, I will be fine and so will hubby. Going to be a big change for her, she really never h as been around her family only for a couple weeks a year, now she will be able to see them a couple times a week. You really don't know how much you miss your friends and family until they are not there. It's been hard living here in the Military life and I have figured out that it isn't for me. I am too old for this life, maybe if I was 20 again it might have been different. I have learned so much about people living in military housing. I just guess my upbring and morals just don't con inside with this place. I don't see how exciting it can be to spread gossip about people when it could ruin someone's marriage, or spreading rumors that don't need to be spread, leaving your kids alone in the house while you go out and party with the neighbors, partying every weekend and drinking till you can't walk. I don't find that fun at all. Maybe I am just a PRUDE. Ok enough babbling cause I could go and on and on and on LMBO.

Check out the sale going on at Studio Style Designs, great sale you won't want to miss it.
Also starting Feb 1st there will be new challenges at Digital-Scrapbooking.org

OMG

You want to know what I just noticed, the title on my last post is spelled wrong, damn typing fingers don't work right all the time. Guess they need to put spell check in the titles too.
Oh well on to bigger and better things. As promised I got a freebie done for you all. I made a quickpage for you all to enjoy. You all should really check out www.digital-scrapbooking.org. They have some of the greatest challenges. And with most scrapbooking sites for participation you get freebies but what makes their's the greatest is that one of the challenges this month was a color challenge and so many people participated and you got to get the kits that people made for the challenge free, now what can be cooler than that. Plus their challenges are challenging, really makes you go outside the thinking zone and the box. This was the colors of the challenge and here are some of the pieces to the kit I made. Enjoy. I would really love to see some of the layouts you make with the freebies that you get from me. If your interested email me a link to your pages and I would love to post some to my blog.

Good Moring Worlk

I hope everyone is having a good morning. I awoke this morning to my daughter, Kimberly, who is 4 taking her index finger and touching my husband's nose and saying light, and he knew what she wanted. She wanted him to get up and turn the living room light on and the tv. So he gets up turns the light and tv and curls up on the couch while she is playing with her toys on the floor singing the the theme song to Max and Ruby. (it's a kids show on Noggin). Then she comes in to me and ask me if daddy can make her some pancakes for breakfast (we buy the frozen mini ones that all you have to do is microwave LOL). The child is a hoot. Then she tells me mommy I don't want to go to school today (she actually goes to daycare/preschool) and I asked her why, cause I don't feel like playing today.
I am going to try really hard to get a freebie uploaded today for you all. So off to work I go and hopefully in between loads of laundry I can get some other things done. Tata for now.

Moving

Well it's becoming more final as the days go by. We now know that the movers will be on Feb 13th to start packing our stuff, they will finish on 15th. On the 16th we will drive home to Upstate, NY. We decided that to make it a tab bit easier on our daughter that we won't take a trip home to find a house now and just wait till we get home. We do have family we can stay with till we find a place. Just thought it would be easier on her to only go home once instead of going to NY coming back here and then leaving again. This way when we get home we will get her a new daycare center/preschool so her life isn't in too much turmoil. Need everyone's prayers that this all goes well and not too much stress. LOL Hugs and kisses everyone

My thoughts for the day

I have really bad anxiety about this move. I will admit it I am a pack rat. But the husband isn't to some extent and he said to me just get rid of stuff. LIKE what I said, I can't throw anything away cause know as soon as I throw it away I will figure out a way to use it. OMG I have so much rubber stamping, scrap booking supplies, not to mention the crafts I have purchased for me and my daughter that are age appropriate for her, all the crocheting stuff, tole painting stuff, computer stuff. I really hate the thought of having to move again. So what do you do? I know I won't get rid of anything but to be honest I did throw out a bunch of stuff when we moved here back in July. Plus you have all the new toys from Christmas, toys my brother was suppose to come and get for his kid back 2 years ago that I could have sold. My mind is just going around and around today thinking of all this crap that has to be packed and then unpacked and a new home for it find. I think I really need some really good drugs LOL either that or the funny farm here I come.
We have to go home in a few days to even find a place to live, which should be fun.
I am worried about my baby, she has been in the same daycare place now for almost 3 years, they love her there and she really loves to go, she calls it school. I don't look forward to taking her out of there cause they have been so good to her there. She has learned so much being there. It just breaks my heart to have to take her away from there. And I felt safe with her being at the daycare center. They do preschool along with daycare so it was great and it was something we could afford. I even hate the thought of trying to find another daycare program/preschool program that we can afford. So that is all my mubble jumble thoughts of the morning while drinking my ice coffee, now I need to get some work done. Trying to get a head of the game on designing cause only God knows how long I will be without my computer. That is going to drive me bongers, already trying to figure out a way to take all my files and program with me. That's another dilemma. LOL All the things to think about, I could babble for hours but won't bore you to death that much. I know I know your all saying Thank God on that account. I bid farewell for the day. Hope you all have a great Wednesday.

Your going to laugh your butt off at this one

Being up half the night with a puking child, I woke to some very funny email this morning from my good friend Tom.
The best part about the email is it's all true and in a few weeks me and my family will be moving to Upstate NY, so now be prepared to LYAO. LOL Enjoy
He is going to mention 2 particular cities, one Oswego and one Syracuse, we are moving to Fulton which is in between Oswego and Syracuse.

This is Jeff Foxworthy's take on Upstate NY.

If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 36 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in Upstate New York.

If you're proud that your region makes the national news 96 nights a year because Saranac Lake is the coldest spot in the nation, and Syracuse gets more snow than any other major city in the US , you might live in Upstate, NY.

If your local Dairy Queen is closed from October through May, you might live in Upstate New York .

If you get 131 inches of snow in a week and you comment that 'winter's finally here', you might live near
Oswego in Upstate New York..

If you instinctively walk like a penguin for six months out of the year, you might live, bundled up, in Upstate New York.

If someone in a Home Depot store offers you assistance, and they don't work there, you might live in Upstate NY.

If your dad's suntan stops at a line curving around the middle of his forehead, you might live in Upstate New York.

If you have worn shorts and a parka on the same day, you might live in Upstate New York.

If you have had a lengthy phone conversation with someone who dialed a wrong number, you might live in Upstate New York.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE A TRUE UPSTATE NEW YORKER WHEN:

'Vacation' means going South past
Syracuse for the weekend.

You measure distance in hours.

You know several people who have hit a deer more than once.

You often switch from 'heat' to 'A/C' in the same day and back again.

You can drive 65 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard, without flinching.

You install security lights on your house and garage an d leave both unlocked.

You carry jumper cables in your car and your girlfriend/wife knows how to use them.

You design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit..

Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow.

You know all 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction.

You can identify a southern or eastern accent.

Down South to you means
Corning .

Your neighbor throws a party to celebrate his new shed.

You go out for a fish fry every Friday .

Your 4th of July picnic was moved indoors due to frost.

You have more miles on you r snow blower than your car.

You find 10 degrees 'a little chilly.' and 55 is shorts weather.

You actually understand these jokes, and you forward them to all your Upstate
New York friends and to those who used to live here and left. -- (chickens).

OK today hasn't been the most productive day. I did manage to get most of the laundry folded and put away, just need to do my dd's laundry. Dh is officially/unofficially retired. His last day of work was last Thursday. His official retirement date is May 1st, but he doesn't has to work. I have been in this house since Saturday with my dh and my dd who is 4 and her mouth never stops. God I love her to death but please NO MORE. LOL since I don't like to shop that is out of the question. No daycare today cause of Martin Luther King Holiday. Tomorrow I will get a break.
We will be going home soon to look for a place to live, to hopefully move around February 15th. Don't look forward to moving in the middle of winter but I want out of this base, I just hate it here. Now I am going to try and get some digital work done, working on a part of a kit for DSO's new welcome kit, your going to love these bright colors. It's going to be awesome.

So we will be moving, hopefully back home to Upstate NY, but won't know that till he finds new employment, which he hasn't decided yet what he wants to do.
The store I currently sell my stuff in, is going thur some changes and not sure how that is going to work out yet.
Plus I just got excepted onto the Pixie team for DigitalScrapbooking.org. Which is very exciting.
And guess what as I stated yesterday, here is a freebie for my new kit that is on sale right now at www.studiostyledesigns.com
